Green Koosh Ball – Classic Rubber Fiber Sensory Toy
Our green Koosh ball brings the same bouncy, squeezable fun you remember, wrapped in vibrant green rubber filaments. Each strand stretches about 1.5 inches from the core, creating a 4-inch diameter sphere that’s easy to catch and impossible to drop. We designed the Koosh to be soft enough for indoor play yet durable enough to withstand thousands of tosses.

Every green Koosh ball starts with a solid, latex-free polymer core about the size of a ping-pong ball. We anchor roughly 2,000 individual rubber filaments into that core using a radial injection process—each strand locks in place so it won’t pull free during play. The rubber we use is a proprietary blend that resists UV fade, meaning your green Koosh stays bright green even after months of outdoor use.

Sizing, age range & play styles
The 4-inch diameter fits comfortably in an adult palm and gives younger children plenty of surface area to grip. We recommend the green Koosh ball for ages 3 and up; the filaments are too large to pose a choking hazard, and the soft rubber won’t cause injury during indoor catch. Parents often choose this size for toddlers learning hand-eye coordination, since the Koosh is easier to catch than a smooth rubber ball.
Indoor & outdoor versatility
Indoors, the green Koosh works as a silent catch toy—rubber filaments don’t bang or echo on hardwood floors. Outdoors, the bright green color stands out against grass, mulch, or sand, so you won’t lose it mid-game. We’ve seen customers use the Koosh for backyard juggling practice, office stress relief, and even as a dog fetch toy (though we didn’t originally design it for pets, many pups love the texture).

Care, cleaning & storage tips
To keep your green Koosh ball looking fresh, rinse it under warm tap water after outdoor play. For deeper cleaning, fill a basin with lukewarm water and a teaspoon of mild dish soap, submerge the ball, and gently work the suds through the filaments with your fingers. Rinse thoroughly under running water until no soap remains, then shake off excess moisture and lay the Koosh on a towel to air-dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying—the heat and agitation can weaken the filament anchors.
Long-term storage
When you’re not using the ball, store it in a dry spot away from direct sunlight. Although our rubber blend resists UV fade better than standard latex, prolonged sun exposure can still cause gradual color shift over years. A toy bin, desk drawer, or shelf works perfectly. If you notice dust accumulating in the filament gaps, a quick rinse usually clears it.

Green Koosh Ball buying questions
Yes. The green Koosh ball is ASTM F963 certified for ages 3 and up. The rubber filaments are too large to pose a choking hazard, and the soft material won’t cause injury during play. We always recommend adult supervision for children under 3, as with any toy.
We don’t recommend machine washing. The heat and agitation can weaken the filament anchors over time. Instead, hand-wash the ball in a basin of lukewarm water with mild dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry on a towel. This method keeps the rubber soft and the color vibrant.
With regular play and proper care, a green Koosh ball lasts several years. The natural rubber is designed to withstand thousands of tosses and squeezes without tearing. If you store it out of direct sunlight and rinse it after outdoor use, the color and structure will remain intact for a long time.
The ball floats briefly because the sealed core has lower density than water, but the rubber filaments absorb moisture over time and can cause it to sink after a few minutes. We recommend towel-drying the Koosh immediately after pool or beach play to prevent mildew from forming in the filament gaps.
The green Koosh ball is a solid-color version with forest-green rubber filaments throughout. The original rainbow Koosh features multicolor filaments in red, blue, yellow, and green. Both share the same 4-inch diameter, 2-ounce weight, and natural rubber construction—the only difference is the color scheme.
Yes. We offer a 3-pack bundle that lets you mix and match any Koosh colors, including multiple green balls, at a reduced per-unit price. Bulk orders of six or more also qualify for volume pricing—contact our team for a custom quote and optional logo printing on the packaging.
The core is latex-free, and the rubber filaments are a proprietary blend that does not contain natural latex proteins. If you have a severe latex allergy, consult your doctor before use, but most customers with latex sensitivities have no reaction to our Koosh balls.
